I believe personal growth takes experimentation. Every framework, technique, method or way of being doesn't work for everyone. Thus, a part of the journey is trying different things to see what fits, what resonates with your inner man.
Earlier this year, I created a daily week-long checklist. It was meant to merge activities I needed to execute daily for work and in my personal life.
Examples include:
Drinking 16 ounces of water upon awakening.
Practicing my daily awareness (using Reflection Cards from the Virtues Project).
Scheduling time to interact mindfully, intentionally with my team members.
I tested it for 30 days. Now, I'm in the process of improving it.
Once I have something that I believe may benefit the community, I'll publish it.
