Intrapreneur

I enjoy my day job. Though I've never voiced this thought openly, I view myself, somewhat, an intrapreneur.

What we're building at work is new for my company, as such, we get to experiment a bit more than other departments.

And, I'm building my personal growth and development company.

The question I have for you is, how to balance achieving both goals?
