Goals

Seth Godin is one of my favorite people. And one day, I'm certain I will be able to share that with him when we converse in person.
A big part of becoming the most excellent version of yourself is exerting concerted energy in that way. For example, if your personal development goal is to reduce your consumer debt, focus on that. If it is to lose fifty pounds, focus energy on that. If it is to publish your book, focus there.
As human beings my perspective is we do well working towards something. Having set our sights on it. I feel, the thing Seth teeters on in his blog post (which is still relevant) is, our goals ought not restrict us. But, expand us.
How will you expand?
Start by writing it down.
