Attention

Kevin Kruse, writes Text Me! Snap Me! Ask Me Anything! And, he actually does answer. It's a great concept, he espouses, intimate attention. Now, although, Kevin Kruse writes in the framework of brand building, this idea (I think) is applicable in many areas of our lives.

Intimate attention will help us connect with our loved ones at home and our collaborators at work.

While I was reading Kevin's book, I answered some of the questions via text. Partly because I wanted to add my two cents to the conversation, and partly to see if he'd answer.
